Goodness, I was reading up on MS and the flu shot! No Kidding! As much as I don't want to see her get sick again, I would really like to see her WAKE UP!

I guess I'm also upset that she just went and got the flu vax while living here knowing how I feel about it.

Another question...they have it listed as "myth" that you cannot get the flu from someone that was vaccinated with a dead virus...?

Actually, I think that is correct. Well if they were to catch the actual flu virus you could catch it from them, but I don't think you can catch the flu from their flu shot. I believe it is only the Flu Mist that is a problem because it is a live virus and is transmittable.

No, dead vaccines can't transmit the disease.

However, if someone gets sick after being vaccinated (connected or not connected) if they have something infectious you can certainly catch it.

Okay, I thought that was accurate, but I was reading some saying they "caught it" as though it was from those.

We hashed it out tonight...the hurts, the misunderstandings, the assumptions. There has been some things bothering her and some of this was her way of dealing (got to the bottom of her picking at me and some things that she was responding negatively about...ditto for me). Hubby was mediating. It was really good for both of us. It gave me a chance to toss in the "MS" part as well.

Good for you - she better be thankful. She would have been in the street had she tried getting rises out of me. Crazy - And you know what in my house it is MY way. Woa you are one sweet woman! I hope she mends her ways
