Does Medela make horns smaller than 21 mm?

I've been starting to pump in order to get ready to go back to school full time. I think I need a smaller horn, as the 21mm still draws in a lot of my areola and although not painful persay, it is definitely still uncomfortable, especially right after the pumping session is over. Has anyone had any success finding a smaller horn and/or modifying the horn to prevent so much areola from going into the tunnel?
