I got an e-mail about her death tonight. I am so grateful for all the Founding Mothers and the many ways La leche League has helped people over 50 years...mothers, babies, families.

Oh, NO!

She was a pioneer of today's breastfeeding movement. Without her and the other founding mothers of LLLI, Mothering magazine and this forum would not exist.

She will be missed.
