Low Body Temp/ head and neck pain?

I've had a persistent headache and neck pain for about 24 hours now. I woke up at 3am and had what felt like a fever, but I when I took my temp, it was actually 96.6. (With a brand new thermometer). I took it a second time with the same result. Now that I've been up and around for about thirty minutes, I do feel cold rather than hot, but that doesn't make sense either since the temp in the house is 80. I've also been taking Tylenol for the head and neck pain with no results. Weird or normal?

I'd call your midwife/OB just in case. I naturally have a very low temperature, but your temp in pregnancy is higher than normal (increased progesterone, etc.), though I don't remember if it's raised the whole time or just the first trimester or so.

A couple things:

Did you drink any water or anything cool at some point before taking your temp?
How are your hormone levels?
The Tylenol could've lowered your temp, even if it's not working on the headache.

I'd call just to be safe and if they indicate it's nothing to worry about, I'd see a chiropractor about the pain.

Sorry you're not feeling well.
