Anyone at least from Central Va

Ok, maybe if I'm not so specific I'll find someone out there. I'm in south central Va, but I found that I live in a time warp bubble of sorts. Are there any mommies out in central Va at all. Hello?

Im Right on the NC border by like 10 MINUTES!
Clarksville, Va umm...Buggs Island/Gaston Lake area.

South Central VA

Hey--I used to go camping on Buggs Island as a child...I miss those days. I'm not far from you...only about 40 miles I guess in Danville Va.

I've searched these boards for someone close around and haven't had any luck until now.

I'm mom to an eleven month old and 3 months preg by baby #2.

How about you?

well hello. Ya Danville is about 40 minutes, but thats a whole lot better than 1hr. I was looking in the triangle but its just too far. I have three kids
ds-12,dd-4,dd-1. Its nice down here but feels very isolating.
Anyway we go into Danville once or twice a month.

I'm not sure, However your about 90 min from where I am. Not too bad. I figure 90minutes is a nap in the car. I can get from pointA-pointB without screaming in the car then Im good. Do you go into Richmond often? Im sure they have a bit of stuff going on there? Does your area have any like minded moms?

I know there's one pretty AP-minded mom at Ft Lee. We don't go to Richmond often just cause DD hates the car & I can only stand so much upset baby. If I can find the address of the Richmond area AP mom's message board, I"ll send it to you.

thats alright, Richmond is a two hour drive for me. I hop the border and go into NC. 90 minutes is all I have in the car before the natives go WILD! However, Is there anything going on in Petersburg or Colonial Heights?

Not much going on in our area that I know of, but I don't keep up on those things.
