St. John's Wort, B12, or 5htp

Who has had experience with these? I'm tired, irritable, angry, and have a very poor short term memory.

Any experience with these or suggestion for something else would be welcome.

I'm taking b12 (as well as b-complex, make sure you take both), and fish oil supplements. Teamed up with exercise, sunshine, lots of water, and also eating food with omega-3, I've found a huge improvement the last few weeks in my moods (depression, anxiety, anger).
