Ahem:

"If I go even one day over my due date, I'm going to walk 20 miles, while having sex, while drinking a big pineapple smoothie filled with bottles of castor oil"

Well, today is exactly one day over.

Let the fun begin...

yeah, i wanna know how it's all going too i'm 4 days over and still have my mucus plug! i just wanna get this show on the road

i do have a rather nice looking pineapple sitting on my counter, i'm just waiting for it to be less green

So far not good. I can't seem to find any 9 month pregnant sex positions that can be done while walking.

But I'll let everyone know if I come up with one so you can do it too.

We just elected to go the induction route

That's a great idea JBaxter. Because, yours actually sounds doable. Hard, but doable!

Ugh. So ok, I just have to share-

I think I need to NOT tell people I'm overdue. They just, well, FREAK OUT.

Case in point:

So today I went to Fred Meyer (I'm a regular customer- all the workers know who I am, have watched the whole pregnancy, etc- kinda funny). Anyway, so, I get to the cash register and one of the gals said, "HOW MUCH LONGER?" and when I told her I was 2 days overdue, she said, "They are LETTING YOU keep that baby in? Honey, you need an induction" (I'm huge so I can see her point, but still).

It irked me. :

Word of advice for you all: DON'T TELL PEOPLE YOU'RE OVERDUE.
