It's a health and diet book, written by a doctor. It's from about 15, maybe 20 years ago. He's a vegetarian and a cardiologist. He did a lot of research and found that a vegetarian diet can not only keep heart disease away, but it can reverse some damage done by heart disease. I think he has curly brown hair. It was a popular book at the time. I actually HAD the book but lost interest in it and gave it away.
