Aplix/Velcro compatible loop fabric

Hi,
I am trying to find someone who sells a soft and flexible Velcro/Aplix compatible loop fabric to use as the front adjustment panel for some diapers and diaper covers that I want to make.
Apologies if this has been asked before (I know DOLL mentioned this a looong time ago), but I just cannot find anyone on the net that advertises or sells this stuff now. I'm hoping to find it in Baby-blue, yellow and white if available.

Can someone please point me in the direction of where I can buy this stuff?

After a long search I managed to find this pic of the loop fabric that I'm:

Unfortunately, This company can nolonger supply this fabric as their supplier has gone out of business.
