OK, I've scanned the huge Tribe thread and I've done a search and scanned some post. I have a few specific questions, so I hope I am not repeating info. that is available, I just don't have a couple hours to sift through back posts! 
1. Did you set up a long term schedule that included days off for holidays, vacations, etc. at the beginning of the contract? Do you follow the public school calendar and take in older siblings on teacher work days, etc.?
2. How much do you charge per week per child? Do you charge more for infants?
3. How much did your insurance at home go up do to the daycare?
4. Do you establish a discipline system with the parents in the contract (using time outs, redirection, etc.). This is an area I would be concerned about, I am a gentle discipline parent but I do use time outs and things with my 3 year old when it is appropriate.
5. Do you give your parents a monthly menu of what is going to be served to their children to eat?
6. What do you supply? Do you build in the cost of diapers, food, craft supplies, etc. or do you separate them out?
7. What hours are you open? How do you handle illness in your family when you have to close? What types of illnesses force you to close?
