Im so so sorry. I lost a very dear friend to suicide in february. He was 36 too. It feels so wrong when someone you love decides to leave everything behind like that. I have had all the classic feelings, guilt, anger, regret and ofcourse grief and emptyness. My heart goes out to you

Oh mama, I am so sorry to hear this. I will send love and light to you, to help you get through this.

I know it isn't the same, but my dear cousin committed suicide too, but many years ago, nearly 18 years now. We were very close, and it left me very sad for so long. We never got over it, but we all started learning how to put our lives back together again.

My prayers are with you during this difficult time.

Thank you all for your thoughts and good wishes. We had a wake for him on Sunday which was nice. Sad, but nice to see distant family members and old friends.

I am so sorry mama.
My best friend just lost her dad in March to suicide.

My friend has found groups to be helpful and here are links she also has found helpful:
