This is tough. I live near Seattle so there's months where the sun barely pokes out and this last summer I was pregnant with spd and then had a new baby so I kept my poor guy cooped up WAY too much. Is there another way to get Vit D without the nast drops that Enfamil makes? Like a food that is high in it or something?

That's the CLO (cod liver oil) that Gitti and others mentioned. There are some food sources,
http://www.westonaprice.org/basicnut...ndmiracle.html
this article discusses foods, toxicity, things like that.
If you consider high doses of supplemental D, you may want a blood test at some point, but being in the Pacific Northwest and not supplementing already, this seems like something to consider for you and the kids. ETA: supplementing beyond cod liver oil, I mean.
As for things like DMSA and ALA (the discussion linked in an earlier post), they're good for heavy metals, but not really for things like aluminum, which the current schedule is pretty heavy on. IMO, unless you think you've got specific toxicity issues going on wrt aluminum, reducing other aluminum exposure is the best way to reduce overall Al levels.

This discusses aluminum a bit, including ways we come in contact with aluminum (lots of sources of aluminum in foods and methods of food prep).

In Halle Berry's case, either someone (herself or the media) was grossly misinformed; or she's been T2 all along.

The heavy metals can be removed with Kelation therapy with the help of a homeopathic doctor. This will help with any issues with heavy metals in the intestines and the brain.

Hi there... havent had time to read through all the posts so sorry if this is a repeat of anything that has already been said.
Have you looked at Generation rescue pages concerning cleansing the system?
http://www.generationrescue.org/action.html
My son reacted badly and has looked sickly for a long time, I found this and have started the recommended schedule for him. He does not have autism, but I do believe he has mercury poisoning.
I have him taking Cod Liver Oil, and good probiotics. We pretty much eat very little gluten anyway... you can eat sprouted bread btw. His red undereye circles are going away, and he is feeling soooo much better. Red undereye circles are a sign of toxins in the liver and kidneys... When he takes the CLO his red undercircles go away very quickly. Oh and Hawaiian Pacifica spirulina... way good... You want that brand if you can get it. Don't purchase organic. Its a long story, but trust me on that one.
Spirulina really helps him too. Spirulina is a natural source of vit. A, and vit. B-12.
I add epsom salt to his bath as well... so easy.

Okay are you saying don't buy organic Hawaiian Pacifica or don't buy organic at all? And thanks for the tips, CLO is definitely the next move I'm going to make and epsom salts because it's so easy and cheap.

How do you make Epsom salts? yeah share that one
I don't believe Hawaiian Pacifica carries organic on the label... even though it is one of the most organic and pure you can find.
Dont buy organic spirulina at all... its taken out of its natural enviornment and grown in a completely different way... organic says it can't be grown on rocks, etc... but this is actually where it gets a lot of the nutrients and minerals from. Hawaiian Pacifica had a choice to produce Spirulina organic, but the true organic (or how it is found in nature) doesn't fall under the guidlines, so they decided to change nothing, and keep organic off the label. Hawaiian Pacifica is grown right were it always has... in the deep ocean.
In order for it to be considered "organic" rules state it must be grown from organic material... poop, grains, etc. but this changes the way it is grown in nature (in nature it grows on rocks) they don't consider rocks or unliving matter to be organic... (go figure) , Spirulina actually has less nutrients if grown to organic guidlines. I hope I explained that all right...
I found this... Thought it explained the company well... http://www.free-press-release.com/ne...112359651.html
With pic. There are other products using the name hawaiian pacifica... the one I use is from Nutrex.

I can't make epsom salts, I just worded that weird I guess!
There is so much to learn, it's a little overwhelming. I'm trying to take this one step at a time.

Epsom salt baths are supposed to help draw environmental toxins out of the body; its a slow chelation method.

Dera,
Vitamin C (ascorbic Acid) has been reported by Buttram, Kalekerinos, Klenner, Stone, and Pauling to be an extremely effective detoxifier. Klenner, Stone and Pauling all insisted that it was only useful in this manner if given in MEGA doses, that being 1-10 grams daily, or as "bowel titration allows." You can not over dose because the body simply dumps the excess out in urine.
Ascorbic Acid is a natural detoxifier that "quenches" free radicals.
Kalikerinos said that he used it in the '70s in Australia when the Aboriginee children would get sick/die from vaccines, as they have very poor diets (no Vit-C).
Indeed, the problem with vaccines is that they can not "come out" of the body. We were never ment to be injected with infections/toxins/etc. The body has a hard time excreting these once injected. This is way different then if they were eaten or inhaled, as the body has mechanisms for that.
If the vaccine caused diabetes, then the immune system has attacked the pancreas. Also, when vaccines are given, there is a non-specific immune response where the White Blood Cells "wall off" the mircovasular vessels in an organ (this case the pancreas) and then that organ does not function correctly because it is lacking oxygen. They are, in a sense, "mircro-strokes".
Ascorbic acid is also well known immune-booster.

Is there a way to "detox" the vaccines out of the body? If not, is there a time that they "run out"? For example, if vaccines triggered diabetes in a child, will the effects last forever?
I realize this is a loaded question that nobody may know but any information would be helpful. My oldest son was fully vaccinated until he turned 1, which I regret. I started wondering if I could kind of "undo" the damage. Does that make sense? |
I thought it was sodium ascorbate, not ascorbic acid? Or are we talking about 2 different purposes?
