I have a moses basket with no bedding or mattress - I could probably just stuff a blanket on the bottom, but I'd like to "know" that it's ok. It's our third child, so I know I don't want anything more fancy. I'm holding out for a mini-cosleeper at the local resale shop, but I am not even positive I want that this time. Baby will sleep with us, no nursery - and we're going to sell the house in the spring, so I don't want baby gear all over the house, anyway.
I know that I do not want to buy new bedding. There is a pretty moses basket at the resale shop that has bedding, so i could just buy "it" rather than new bedding, if that's what I decide I should do.
I do sew, but there are so many other things I'd rather focus my time on, so it's a little implausible for me to think I'll sew up a whole bedding set for an item I'll use for a couple months .
... any ideas?
