It's my dad's birthday today

It is my dad's birthday today and although I am sad I can remember him and smile now which I couldn't for a long time.

I miss him terribly and so does my dh but we still feel that he is with us and thinking of us which makes us feel better.

Wishing peace and comfort to all of you who are missing loved ones today and everyday.

I miss my Dad, too. He passed away recently, on October 16th and everything is still so raw. The bottom of my world literally fell out.
