asf - They do nitrous and in-office oral sedation (similar to demerol, but a different drug). Since C's problems are more serious, we have to do the in-hospital thing in a few weeks.
ila735 - I think that most Americans find the idea of dental work without any anesthetic to be too scary to contemplate, even if it isn't needed. Plus, most little kids (like my dd who had to start having dental work done at 18 months old) don't really understand having to sit still and keep their mouth open for a long period of time to get cavities filled.
crazy - Can you pm me about those Fuzzi bunz if you still have them, and what you want for them, pretty please??
Since DD made us breakfast in bed yesterday morning ("jumping eggs" i.e. dominoes
) we decided that we really need to upgrade her play kitchen for Christmas. Does anyone have an old entertainment system (or something similar) floating around that they don't want anymore? We would prefer to re-use something than have to build from scratch if possible...
DH put up a hammock in the middle of our living room for dd to play in, and she hasn't wanted to leave it for HOURS!
I wish I could have one too - it looks so comfy.
