Energy Medicine

I just checked Energy Medicine for Women by Donna Eden out of the library. Has anyone used energy medicine to help their fertility? I'm very impressed by the book. There are a lot of hands on techinques that seem pretty simple to do. Just wondering if anyone has seen any positive results from energy medicine!

I just got that very same book the other week!
I was wowed by it when I read it, but haven't been inspired to use the techniques yet.
But it did help me remember that there are many many ways to align with healing.
It also helped me feel more in control of my ttc situation by reminding me about the energetics involved. I actually bought the book I like it that much.

I'll probably buy it, too I'm amazed by the stories in it. I'll have to work on incorporating it into my daily life!

I am also trying to incorporate the power of positive thinking. they say it can be helpful to tihnk good thoughts! SPecifically to think a tohught of something you want ( intention) but in a way as if you are happy that you already have it!

For example- saying to yourself, " I am so happy to be pregnant with a happy healthy baby."

Have you tried that stuff?
