Wow.. I'm so sorry you went through that! When I had a simmilarly sized chunk fall out, my doc called in a prescription for me and everything was fine after. feel better sweetie.

I'm so sorry you keep getting trauma after trauma. And I wouldn't call it self-pity. You NEED to process all this and we feel honored that you want to proceess it with us.

If I hadn't had retained fragments, then I could have just taken oral methergine. I'm taking it three times a day through wednesday to help my uterine tone and to contract the uterus down more. Thing is.... There's a sticker that says not to take if you're pregnant or nursing. My OB knew I was nursing though so I'm hoping it's fine.
