How do you finish soakers?

Can someone point me in the direction for the instructions for the lanolin "recipe" to soak wool soakers in before using them? I've done it before but can't find my notes

I found this video to be very helpful.

I fill my sink with hot tap water, squeeze a pea sized dollop of lansinoh and add a tiny tiny squirt of baby wash, and swirl it around. I turn the soaker inside out, and soak it for 15-45 minutes, and then roll it in a towel to get the excess water out. Then, depending on whether my 3 year old has absconded with the clothes pins again, I either hang it to dry, or lay it flat.

This is my method as well except I use wool wash instead of baby wash because that's what I usually have on hand.

I do it just a tad differently in that I dissolve the lansinoh/lanolin in a cup of boiling water first and make sure it's fully dissolved so that I don't end up with lanolin stains on my wool. Then I pour that into a sink full of tempid water and then soak, roll, lay flat to dry.
