Weird Aversions

This is #4 for me so I figured I wouldn't be surprised by anything this pregnancy.
But today I had the weirdest aversion to my lipstick. I've used it for over a year-Burt's Bees. Nothing noxious about Burt's Bees right? Well I put some on tonight and the smell was horrid to me and the waxy smell about made me gag. I had to wipe it off.

I'm also a big coffee drinker. But the last week I can't stand the stuff-not a bad thing of course. But it was surprising to me. I never had any problems with the previous pregnancies.

My DH keeps teasing me that since this pregnancy is so different I must be having twins-bite your tongue! Not even an amusing thought to me at this point in my life

I'm totally having coffee aversions - which is weird, cause with my dd I could't get enough. Does that mean I'm gonna have a boy or something???

I had major coffee aversions with DS, but not so much this time.

I hope it means that boys get coffee aversions, because that would mean I am having a GIRL!

I haven't had any major aversions yet, but nothing sounds appealing to me either. No real cravings, or aversions so far.

I haven't had any specific aversions yet, but I am rarely finding anything particularly appealing either. I eat because I know I need to get good stuff in there for the little one, but if it weren't for that I'd want to turn up my nose at most things at this point. Last pregnancy I had all sorts of junk food cravings, though -- I hope that doesn't return!

My aversions didn't start this early last time, and I don't have any yet, either. Last time it was coffee for the second half of the first trimester and Indian food from about 6 weeks on. I do feel like certain smells are bothering me more than usual, but all food is still fine.

The smell of eucalyptus makes me very queasy. Also the smells inside of Lowes, Menards and Home Depot. We are in the middle of a big remodel on our house and we are there at least once a week and i walk up and down the aisles dry heaving.

I have an aversion to cooking dinner! Normally I love to cook, but by the time dinner rolls around, nothing sounds good and I feel queasy. I vaguely remember this happening last time around. Maybe that is why we had so much take-out!

I had that last time when I was pg with ds. so far not so much this time.

The only aversion I have had so far is milk/yogurt. Other than that I'm just plain hungry!

I'm *starving* most of the time. I have definite preferences, but the only things I really like a lot less than usual are coffee and sweet stuff. I have been eating some leftover Halloween candy, but beyond a single fun size candy or small amount of ice cream, I'm pretty much out. And I am usually dying for pasta and greens.

I really hope I do not have an aversion to Indian food! I didn't last time for the most part.

I'm only 4 weeks, but I seem to not have much of an appetite. Which is not normal for me!

No doubt! I love to cook, and pretty much have lost my appetite before it's done cooking. I'm better to open a can of spagetios and dig in cold...kidding of course, but thinking about it. Unaware of it, half my cart was convenience goods this past grocery trip. Gearing up for a whole lot of "you cook, honey" nights coming up maybe.

Oh and ice cream@#$%! too. Ben and Jerry's had a free icecream day on the 4th for people who voted. I was right there, and just couldn't go in. People ask me if I've been to the doc yet to confirm. Ben and Jerry confirmed it for me if I was even in question of it.

Coffee and wine aversions within days of conception.

I am having an aversion to food. I struggle to think of anything that sounds appealing, and it changes throughout the day. Even thinking about what I ate for lunch yesterday (and loved at the time) makes me gag.

I also foolishly put perfume on the other day, and ended up having to change my clothes and take a quick shower to rid myself of the smell.

It was a bummer. I think it happened because we were traveling in Oman for weeks 5-7, where there is tons of Indian food, so we ate it every day. Six weeks is when my m/s kicked in, and by the time we left, just the thought of Indian food made me so queasy. I made the aversion happen by eating so much of it at the wrong time, I think.

Just adding greenbean casserole to my list of aversions.

Im just not hungry at all. Nothing sounds good, and nothing smells good.
My only aversion right now is disinfectant. Im a major cleaner and I like to spray disinfectant about every other day to prevent flu etc. But a few days ago I did and had to leave for 2 hours because I absolutly could not tolerate the smell!

How sad! I can't even look at my toothbrush without gagging
It's really annoying.
