I want to buy my son a wooden toy airplane for the holidays, does anyone recommend a company in the US that you have used. Thanks

I just bought a few items from East Laurel Woodcrafts and was very impressed with the quality, they are very beautiful handmade items

We also got this for our son last year when he was 2- the pine is a nice weight for smaller kids.

My 3yo little brother has this plane and DS has a similar one by the same company. I love them and would like to get more vehicles for DS like them.

This place is at our local Renassiance Festival and I got my son a little truck there. He LOOOOVES it and plays with it every day. They had cute little airplanes too! It was really hard to decide which to get. Plus they're a very nice inexpensive option.

Different Drummer Workshop's wooden toys and vehicles are made here in Maine. The quality is excellent. They supply a lot of Waldorf school stores, and they also sell their toys at A Toy Garden. But, you can also buy from them directly.

The little rolling helicopter was on Mothering's "Best Natural Toys of 2008" list.
