I felt nauseous with my first and had some headaches etc...but I keep feeling dizzy this time around today it is horrible--I can barely stand to have my eyes open. Just wondering if anyone else has or has had this and what you did for relief...eating doesn't seem to help.

I am having dizzy spells as well. It goes so bad that I have to sit down or else I feel like I am going to pass out. I am a teacher and it is not so great to be standing teaching and feel like I am going to pass out. I am not sure what to do about it. I wish I knew. At least I am not the only one though, I thought it wsa just me.

The dizziness is what made me test this time. With both my girls I got really dizzy constantly until well into the 2nd tri.

I had a lot of dizziness with my 2 previous pregnancies. I've had little waves of and on this time, but nothing too bad yet. The other two times got so bad that I didn't dare shower if I was home by myself - something about the warm water made it even worse and I came really close to passing out many times.
I don't know what causes it, I think a lot of my issue was that I couldn't eat and I was dehydrated (I had hyperemesis). I wish I had some suggestions for you! The only thing I can think of is making sure you stay hydrated.
