Yes, very noisy. Extremely grunty and always straining. I asked the doctor about his straining, he said it should go away soon. He sighs when he's sleeping and gurgles when you pick him up. Makes angry "yunk-yunk-yunk" sounds when he first latches on if he feels you've waited just a bit too long to nurse him. (To him, taking a quick pee break could equal "waiting too long") He snorts and the gives a quick, short angry one-syllable "NYAH!!" when he's mad, complete with the lip poked out afterwards to be sure he's made his short protest clear and to the point. (Usually it's about hiccups. A short one-syllable protest after each hiccup.)
He also "coos" after a sneeze. One short pleasant open-mouthed "gnn" after sneezing. He's going to be a man of few words, I think, short forceful points. |
