Did anyone watch.... ack I am sooooo SAD!
Yes, I actually love that show but I'm so sad they took it in that direction. I really wish they hadn't done that Not sure I'll watch anymore

I am not happy either. Wasn't there another show on CBS with the woman character and they did the same thing and the show ended up getting cancelled? I can't think of the name of it. Anyway, I think that part of the show was to help keep her sane with all the craziness she has to deal with. I just can't possibly see how the show can be good without that.

I'm trying to explain without giving it away for those who haven't seen it.

Now I want to know what I missed. Does anyone know if I can watch the episode somewhere or can someone pm me to tell me?

On the message board at CBS everyone is po'ed big tme.
Warning :: Spoiler Ahead! Highlight to read message!
Many including myself will not continue to watch the show if Jim dosnt end up being alive.

I want to see them start a family and last time I checked a ghost cant do that. It is possible that it will be a dream and he wont be dead or he will come out of a coma.

I stand by my word though if he is gone or a ghost

I am not going to watch the show anymore and that makes me so sad since I really love that show

They keep saying love transending death but there is enough of that without killing off the main characters.

Thank you. OMG. I that show but I also don't know if I will continue to watch.

I havnt given up yet and hope that the writers will listen to the fans and fix what they did but if they dont then I see the end of the show on the horizon.

Let's just say, I was unhappy about the ending, I mean come on.... now I think it will stink. urgh.... thanks CBS...way to ruin a good show

I was just coming here to see if there was a thread about this. I'm so sad about what they did. From the previews, it looks like it's permanent.

And now that they have that horrible new male actor, I can't see the show lasting. That is one of 3 shows I watch on tv. I don't want it to disappear.

Oh, and for Jennifer Love Hewitt fans- You must see the movie If Only.

I came over after watching ( I watched it online) and was shocked at the end. But I kind of felt like it was either a dream or something was going to happen, he'll be in a coma or they'll revive him or something. We'll see. But regardless I won't stop watching.

Yeah, I really think that the show will end if they kill him off and she crosses him over. There is no one left if he is gone to help her stay grounded and somewhat safe.

I've been reading stuff on the cbs site. They claim they have no intention of getting rid of him and things aren't usually what they seem on that show. So, I guess we have to watch and see.

This show has been one of my guilty pleasures since it first started. I agree that killing off Jim would be a huge step in the wrong direction for this show (although I also thought that when they killed off Melinda's best friend a few seasons back.) I mean seriously, how tortured is Mel's character supposed to be?

I just hope it hasn't jumped the shark with this move.

It wouldn't be GW with out Jim! I watched friday and it appears he is dead as he forgave and helped the cop/man who shot him and the step daughter cross over. Not sure how this will end but I want Jim back! Tina~
post #16 of 24
I know that the show said they aren't getting rid of him but that doesn't mean I want him as a ghost. I don't want Melinda to be suffering like this.

One thing I liked about GW is that although there are some trials along the way, it's usually a positive and happy ending. Now it just leaves me feeling depressed.

Anyone still watching?

It's a repeat tonight, boo. But that nicki girl LEFT sam/jim and I've never been so happy. I hope they hurry up and go on a date already!! It's getting a little frustrating to me. He needs to remember!!!!
I still watch it. Hoping Jim/sam gets his memory back. It's getting old at this point.
I really wish they hadn't killed Jim off.

I'm still hoping they pull a "Dallas" and Melinda wakes up one day to see the real Jim get out of the shower
I'm getting sick of "Sam" and wish the real Jim was back, I think it was a stupid plot to begin with. But if they have to go in this direction then I'm glad the girlfriend left and I hope he gets his memory back soon

This is going to sound terrible but I wish Sam was attractive, at least.
