very bad day

Grrrr... I've already cried 3 times, my husband is getting on my nerves, nothing sounds good to eat, it feels MUCH later than it is, I didnt' go grocery shopping today, I had to edit a post that I totally didn't mean in a bad way- my mother called, you-name-it-i-had-it.

Please tell me that this is hormonal.
