I'm so sorry about this. The last thing you need is more bad news. We all know you've had your share of trying times. I'll be thinking of you and your family.

We're hopeful. He already has about a dozen good leads and it's just been a day. It seems the job market for software engineers is way better in Pittsburgh than it was 4-5 years ago when he was looking.

How about the mail today? We got 1) a brochure from the college I've been putting off finishing my classes at about the classes that are starting soon. I've been feeling like I really need to finish NOW and then today I was thinking that now's probably as good a time as any. And then 2) a card from the church I grew up in out west saying congrats and they are praying for us and it included a check from a love offering they took for us! The timing was just amazing. We were speechless.
Maybe it's too heavy, but I firmly believe God provides what we need when we need it, even if it's not what we want. I'm praying that things work out easily and well for your family.

ROFLOL! We got two, count 'em two random, unexpected checks in the mail this week. One was a love offering from the church I grew up in to help cover costs of everything we went through with Levi, one was our mortgage escrow account got overpaid.
