Frankly I think I'm taking too much, I eat a pretty balanced diet, but I trust her and in these amounts it cant hurt. It sounds like a lot of you do the same, so I feel better about it.
I am also taking a pure encapsulations vitamin called Ultra-Nutrient. It has the folic acid requirement for pregnant and lactating women. I have been taking it for several months now and really like it. I have also taken New Chapter Organics Prenatals in the past and those are really great if you get nausea from other prenatals. I also take Floradix Cal.Mag supplement and Floradix iron supplement (but not together!) and a lot of omega 3 fish oil everyday.

I get it at my co-op, or at whole foods (which ever I happen to be at). I buy all my herbs in bulk. Some people say to wait to start drinking it, but if you check out the RRL tea tribe on here somewhere you will probably learn that people have been drinking it throughout their entire pregnancies for a LONG time and many believe it actually prevents miscarraige

SoPac- Yay! Another trad foodie in my due date club. Your tea looks a lot like mine
