My kids just crack me up. Today I was in the kitchen, dd (3) was supposed to be sitting on the couch watching tv. We're both sick and we're doing as little as possible. Ds (8)walks in the door after school and says to dd, "Oh you're playing with mommy's phone? What are you playing?" He was genuinely asking her nicely. She says, "No Jake, no aska me what I doing, be ki-et! (quiet) Mommy say no play witha her phone!"

Yep, she yelled at him for getting her busted.

Aww! So cute!

Reminds me of my Dd2 yelling, "Don't see my, Mommy!" as I walked into a room.

Reminds me of when DS would come running while yelling "Tori's gonna tell on meeeee!"

Yeah, he was telling on her that she was going to tell on him.

Which she never did because I already, obviously, knew he had done something wrong. Kids...

My 3 yo DD tells me 'don't see me' all the time. If I ask her why she'll even tell me.

We get, "Turn your face!" so we can't observe the event....
