Flu and gas pains

As some of you know, my 2yo ds has been suffering from a bad fever and the flu for a few days.

His fever is gone, but tonight he has sharp pains in his tummy and bad gas. What can I give him?

Probiotics might help. Yogurt with live cultures, too - if he's not sensitive to dairy.
