Know of any international breastfeeding grants?

Hello all, I am new to this forum. I live on a tiny third-world island in the Caribbean. DH and I had our first kiddo 3 mo ago and every time we go to the baby clinic here I am astounded that I am the only mother who breastfeeds her baby:. I have been talking with the midwife and we would like to apply for some mini-grants to get educational resources as well as breast pumps for the island. Is anyone aware of any easy-to-get grants, if such things exist? We are not a formal group or academic institution, and so I am having trouble...

I don't know of any, but I'm interested to see if anyone else does. I started a support group here(Mammal Mommy Meetings, MMM Milk!) early this year, and we're still struggling for resources - I buy most things myself and am just crossing my fingers that I can deduct them on my taxes. We're on a lonely little island too, but we're still in the USA, so were not in exactly the same position, but isolated and working to fill a need just the same. Good luck!!!!
