Just once, usually around 4a.m. - so I guess I'm lucky, though i think part of the problem is that I'm not drinking enough. Drinking enough has always been hard for me, but harder lately with the nausea and the fact that I should be drinking *more*. (The funny thing that's working? A little bit of unsweetened cranberry juice mixed with seltzer. Good stuff, even when I'm sick. Weird, huh?)
