Hylands type stuff with dairy allergy

We have definitive that DD has a dairy allergy, but it's a definite cause of her chronic ear infections (8 between July and now).

We used to give Hylands teething tablets and the Sniffles n Sneezes for colds. Now that we're avoiding dairy I don't know what to give her when she's got a cold. I need to help alleviate some symptoms and decrease her congestion since the congestion just leads to another infection. (Yes, I sound desperate. I am.)

Any suggestions? All Hylands items are a lactose base.

You can get homeopathy that is not in a lactose base if that's what you want to use - just ask a local ND or homeopath to order what you need.

Boiron Brand (specifically the children's ones,) are usually safe. The little ampoules are always safe,as they are mixed with water.

They come in a cold formula.
