Eating like a HORSE...

I'm only 4 weeks 1 day and I'm eating like CRAZY. Is it all in my head? AND I'm peeing (and pooping... TMI?) like a zillion times a day!

I'm going to be 400 lb at this rate by the time I deliver.

Anyone else hungry all the time...?

Totally normal. Actually I'd encourage you to eat. It could be that you are about to get really sick and not able to eat hardly anything. Just eat healthy food (stay away from processed foods, refined sugars, etc.)--particularly focus on healthy fats and protein which will likely help your appetite. As long as you are eating good food, you won't gain 400 lbs

This is where I am right now. It is very normal. For me, I eat a ton, then will just wake up one day and despise food...only to start horrible morning sickness. I'm NOT looking forward to that.

I'm right at 4 weeks and I'm eating as much as my husband....and that's saying A LOT! I've got to say, though, I am starting to get the "about to throw up feeling" sometimes. I guess I should get all the nutrition I can get.

Unfortunately, we have been remodeling our kitchen and I've have to eat some pretty crappy food. I actually cried about it a few days ago.

Luckily, our kitchen is functional again and I can cook. :

AND peeing?? non-stop. All I do is eat, sleep and pee.

I'm going to start back at the gym tomorrow, though. Not moving is driving me nuts! Although, it will probably make me eat even more.

I am constantly hungry, but I don't feel like eating anything. This then results in really weird combinations of food. Right now I know I should eat some breakfast, but I can't settle on anything to eat.

I'm just hungry hungry hungry all the ti me.... I'm trying to drink enough water to help combat the hunger pains, and I have those individual V8s on hand if it's super uncontrolable between meals. I also have a light snack on hand like pretzels.

And peeing? Non stop... It's like all I do is pee and eat.

I know it seems really early...but yeah, it happened to me! I'm 6 weeks now, but I found out at 4 weeks and I was basically starving a few days afterwards. I'm still starving, it's just that now, I'm also sick and can't always eat/can only eat certain things. So eat now, it's probably a good idea...just make sure you're choosing reasonably healthy foods.

I'm 5 weeks 1 day and I, too, am just starving allllllll the time! Typically sometime around the 5th week I stop being able to eat all together due to MS so I agree with the common theory here--I think my body is saying "Quick! Eat NOW and eat TONS the 'all day sick' is on it's way!!!"

I say eat eat eat while you can!!!

Oh, good! I'm normal!!

No nausea yet (except, honestly, when I can across a placenta-eating thread. I almost puked... sorry!) but I've got this weird burping!! It's like, I eat a ton, then for the next few hours I'm burping... but that weird burping where acid gets in your throat. I don't feel like I have indigestion, but whenever I burp, a little bit of acid comes up. Needless to say, I always have gum on hand as a favor to friends and acquaintances.

I'm craving protein, so I guess that's good.

i've been starving too with tiny bouts of nausea here and there. i daydream about food combinations, like yesterday while i was driving, i suddently imagined pouring tortilla soup over a hot baked potato and it sounded SO good! yesterday's breakfast combination was not so good though, barbecue chips and baby corn. lol

Definitely really hungry here too! I've tried to make it a point to walk a couple miles 2-4 times/week, just so I don't feel like a whale already!

Yeah, me. I am also 4w1d and I have been hungry 24 hours a day the last few days. Last time around I ended up losing 12lb in the first tri due to m/s so I'm just going with it for now...

(My orthodontist is going to be peeved when she find out how little I'm wearing my rubber bands, though. )

i've been eating a ton, but i know i'll be nauseous and forcing food down by next week. so i'm just going with the flow and eating as i feel led.

Count me in as an eating machine. I would eat 5-6 meals a-day if I could afford it. And right now I am craving steak. Of course when I eat a full meal at once the heartburn kicks in. I am not too worried about weight gain (whats a few more pounds on a chubby body anyway right ). I just want to be careful not to eat too much junk.
