I thought it might be fun to share those stories of our beloved LO's who've been nursing long enough to multi-task. Whether it be doing something we've asked, displaying amazing acrobatic abilities, or what have you, let's share! (I think this helps me to enjoy the nursing rather than feel like a used up old cow
).
Here's one from my DD (3.5 years old):
So, I am sitting here yesterday, perusing MDC, when DD comes up and asks, "Mommy milk?" I oblige, though I do not really offer her my lap. She stands there, head tilted to one side, latched on, hands twirling to the music playing.
I look down adn realize that she is not wearing anything. I ask her to please get some clothes on first as we are planning to leave once DH gets home to pick us up. She disappears momentarily and returns with with underwear, pants and a shirt. She asks to nurse again, and I tell her to please get dressed. What does she do???
She latches on (still standing), and proceeds to pull on her underwear, pants and most of her shirt, only stopping to pull the neck of her shirt over her head!
Whoa!! She's got skills
.
Want to share??
