Toys in Zurich?

Hey, Euro-mamas!

I have the chance just today to tell my sister if I want her to bring anything back from Zurich (where she is living for the year). I was wondering if there are any toys that would be cheaper for her to buy there and bring home rather than buying from the local natural toy shop or Oompa or the like. She says they also have lots of German toys there, too.

Does anyone know; would it end up saving me money if we got, say, play food or a few little dolls or something there this way? I cannot figure out the prices there versus here, but I thought maybe some of you had some experience with this, if perhaps you've been there and the States?

Or is there something cool I should have her get for some other reason? She's there all year so I have lots of time... this is just the pre-Christmas visit she's getting ready for.

Thanks, mamas!

Everything here is pretty expensive:-(

There is a Spielba outlet just outside of Zurich in Samstagern on the way to Einsiedeln...

Perhaps she could stop in there. Einsiedeln is well worth the visit especially as there is snow there now:-)
