Non-vaxers...what do you do to CYA?

I have read many threads on many different web pages, discussion groups etc and my head is just swimming right now.

I never really considered "doing" anything in particular reagarding being a non-vaxer, but have since decided that I should have some sort of record of something just in case.

My question for you is what do you do if anything? I do not have a vaccine exemption form done, as I will be homeschooling and thought it was only necessary if you dod school or day care etc...

All advice is appreciated.

In addition to getting your exemption form in order, which I am now finally in the process of doing....

I have learned from this forum two other important actions.

1) I have written down a medical history of dd. Each cold, cough, etc. and what I did for her healing process. (Meds, homeopathy, humidifier, foods, etc.) And age, weight and height charted at various intervals. (Every 4-6 months)
I didn't start writing the med history until age 2 1/2, but fortunately she has rarely been sick, so it was easy for me to remember. Also, I haven't taken her to her well baby visits since 18 months. I feel that the medical history that I have charted is testament that I am not negligent of her health.

2) Read up on the diseases for which there are vaccinations, learn the symptoms and know what to do to aid healing....

Dd was born when I was still researching and we were blessed with a very open minded ped. Then I found this forum and really learned how to be pro-active on this path.

Even tho I feel clear and strong about my decision, I still find my head swimming sometimes!
