Sorry to be gross, but this is really getting old over here! I don't even want to touch my fish oil tabs right now, and I know it's an important time to take them. I freeze them and still get to enjoy them later.

But, in general.....I am so sick of belching all day! It's like I'm hanging out with my mom!

I've found that since having AVC (I dilute 2 tsp of Bragg's into about 16 ounces of water with a bit of honey) that I am much less gassy in both directions! Too bad it doesn't help the nausea for me too.
