question about prescritpion meds

i have read that a lot of people on here are using them to combat morning sickness. is there any evidence on how safe they are? i would consider using them, but feel like they haven't been around long enough to determine how safe they are for the baby. maybe i'm wrong. does anyone know?

I'm on Reglan right now and it's a category B and personally, the benefit outweighs the risks for me because I need to be able to function. I have two other kids to care for.

I'm taking phenergran and wish I had done this my first pregnancy. It's literally the difference of being able to function, or NOT at all. I've taken a lot of things this pregnancy, especially after my stint in the hospital with my gall bladder issues. I'm confident that if my RE prescribes this, it's safe. IMO, the pharmaceuticals are safer than some other holistic/herbal stuff out there. But it's about your own comfort level. Every mama does what she thinks is best.
