Is anybody else here having issues with tomatoes? I think when I eat ketchup or tomato sauce or a LOT of tomatoes my DD's healing excema gets worse again... hmmm

Tomatoes are at the top of the list for causing eczema, along with corn.

And nightshades are inflammatory, eczema or not. We have trouble with store bought canned tomatoes (though we can get away with Eden Foods). DD eats fresh tomatoes right off the plant with no trouble. And my home-canned tomatoes are fine. But she doesn't LIKE canned/cooked tomatoes, so... who knows? I'm always suspicious of nightshades though... they're definitely worth looking into/elimination trialing.
