Yes, abx can screw up one's system, especially if you didn't give probiotics when he took the abx. I don't know your situation at all so I cannot begin to guess if something else might be lurking. How long have you been fighting yeast? Is he getting better? How much probiotics do you give? What have you used to fight the yeast? Have you seen any holistic drs? They might be able to help find an underlying problem if there is one.
