Hello, just wanted to let you all know that the beta today was negative.
I am so sorry GiGibean I wish there was something I could say to make you feel better but I know there isn't. I get my beta today and I am terrified. I didn't sleep much last night.

Thanks Juliasmom!!!! Hope you are doing well these days.
I go for my beta on the 31st, and MIGHT get results on January 2. My clinic closes for 2 weeks over the holidays, grrr. I have never POAS'ed during a cycle, but this might be the rule breaking situation.

More 's to you GiGibean and Sri Radha if you are reading. You are in my thoughts.

FET Cycle, advice requested Post #51

BFN for me, too. I did a POAS yesterday so was not surprised when the clinic called today with my b/w results. I was afraid they wouldn't call until Monday. If I am not pg I want off these meds NOW and I was going to keep taking them "just in case".

So, advice please:
The clinic prefers I take a month off before doing another FET. I asked why and she said for emotional reasons. I think emotionally it would be harder knowing that the gap between my dd and her hypothetical sibling is getting bigger and bigger, I am getting older and older etc. I feel like jumping back on it. Please give me your opinions, especially if you know of any medical/physical reasons to wait or not. If I go ahead, I would start bcp's on my next day 1 and be looking at possible ET second or third week of February.

Oh CRM As you so eloquently replied to me Oh #&@^#&!!!

I don't know about how long to wait. I know that the waiting for me has been horrendous, especially as I see more and more pregnant friends. If you can get your head out of ttc, then a month off might be good for you. If you're going to obsess all month, then I'd say go for it.

Did I say that? So glad I am memorable! And really sometimes what else is there to say? If this were IRL we'd go for margaritas, right?

After my m/c in August, it drove me crazy how long I had to wait to do a FET. My dh thinks I would be less stressed with less waiting and I think you are both right - why wait and obsess? Thanks for your feedback.

Hi. I'm starting my first FET this month... and am just coming to see who else is going. Our eggs are from my first (thankfully!) IVF that we did in sept 05, which resulted in my insane 2.5 yr old Ruby. We're hoping for another round of good luck, and a successful FET, but my anxiety is high!
Our cycle starts as soon as i bleed. It's been a long time since i waited so anxiously for my period!

CRM, I just saw you are debating skipping a month. I agree with PP. if you think you're going to obsess, don't skip. but if you can just let it go and relax. take a break.

Hi Let's start a new thread! This one didn't go so well and I'd like to start fresh. Can you do it? Looking forward to getting pg with you (hahaha, sounds oh so weird). I think AF is here for me, probably tomorrow.

Okee dokee i look forward to getting pregnant with you too. I could say I lookforward to getting you pregnant, but that would be very weird.
