Fermented Banana Ketchup

Anyone have a good recipe?
I looked online, but all i could find were ones that use vinegar and corn syrup. I assume i could sub honey for the syrup, but how would I make it lacto-fermented instead of in vinegar? Or should I use ACV? Would that still have benefits?

Hmmm, how interesting. What about just subbing bananas for the tomatoes in the NT recipe? Probably reducing the sweetener.
