Is anyone else watching "The Osbournes" on MTV?

I'm not a fan of Ozzy's music, but man is he hilarious! And his wife Sharon rocks!! It gets better and better every week, but I have to admit, my favoirite episode was the one where Elijah Wood and his sister came over to hang out with "the kids."

We keep our TV in the closet, because in theory, I hate TV's and would love to live without it! But the two shows I drag it out for are the Osbornes and Survivor! How pathetic is that!!!????

The Osbournes are hysterical and totally psychotic. I can't believe how much I laugh at it!

Yes!!! Love every bit of it!

I've always been a fan of Ozzy. Not necessarily his music, although I do love rock and roll!!! But what I have always loved was listening to interviews with him on the radio with Howard Stern or a local station, or interviews on MTV. I'd make sure never to miss it so I could try and decipher what the man was saying. And when VH-1 did a special on him I was totally there lol!! I wish they'd replay it now that the show is on.
Anyway, when I heard about the show I thought my dreams had come true or something. Ozzy is like someone's grandpa who has dementia and he like just shows up for his life and everything is taken care of. God bless his wife, because she really deserves it.
I've heard a lot of negativity about this show such as it is not very moralistic, too much swearing, etc. I don't know if I agree, but one thing is for sure, it's very funny, and it's very REAL, this is what happens in a lot of households and although it may not work for all, it works for some and it's behind closed doors (except when it's on t.v. for millions to see lol). Well, you know what I mean.
Anyway, I love it and wish they'd do a new season every year but I'm sure that's kind of unrealistic.
I agree though, sometimes the bleeping is as bad as the fact that they cuss all the time, just like Jerry Springer. I stopped watching that years ago because you couldn't piece together what was being said because of the bleeping. It also got really stupid but that's another topic entirely.
Enjoy the show everyone!

bf'ing co-sleeping osbourne watching mama to Tristan 18 mo.
P.S. Tristan doesn't watch too much t.v. but is mezmerized by the osbournes. I keep wondering if I should worry lol!

So glad to see so many other The Osbornes fans here . . . I love it. I like his wife a lot too. Ha ha Abimommy you're &#!*#! bleeping right.

I love the Osbourne's too! What a funny show! It was really funny when Sharon and Ozzy were kissing, and Kelly was all grossed out and when Ozzy answered her, he had to ask Sharon how old he is!

I have to say, I do own some Ozzy cd's!

"I love you all more than life itself, but you're all f***ing mad!" Ozzy

Brilliant! Just brilliant.

Here's one even better...

"Martha Stewart can lick my scrotum! (pause) Do I have a scrotum?" Sharon

To me, that is just inspirational.

This is the best show to be on television in a long time. My favorite episode so far is the one where they were irritated with the noisy neighbors and Ozzy took a piece of wood and chucked it through one of their windows-the whole time Sharon is calling after him "Not wood Ozzy"...LOL
Did anyone else about pass out laughing at Ozzy falling backwards in the chair during the "Lady Marmalade" episode? OMG LOL
I like Ozzy. I have for a long time now. His music is good. And now I love his television show too.
I am so bummed I missed the new one tonight....

I loved it when Ozzy fell over in the chair! How hilarious! And fighting with the neighbors....I was so tense during that episode, but I couldn't help but laugh at it all. My favorite Ozzy moments though are when he's just shuffling around trying to do "normal" things -- taking out the trash & putting new trash bags in the kitchen cans, trying to figure out the remote control, complaining about the dogs going poop all over the house. He seems so out of it all the time!

Dh thinks they should use subtitles because it's hard to hear them sometimes with all the shouting and bleeping. It's funny, because I hate melodrama in MY life -- can't stand confrontation and yelling and cursing -- but boy, am I having a blast watching it on the Osbournes!

It would be cool if they'd do another season with Ozzy, but it would be even cooler if they could do this with a different celebrity/celebrity family each time! What can I say, I guess there's a bit of the voyeur in me!

I was thinking this too that they should do a different celebrity family next time. The only person I could come up with was Steven Tyler since he's also really interesting. Only problem is that he's a free spirit and I don't think he lives with an entire (or even part of) family.
Who do you all think should be next if they were to do that??
The Tommy Lee family would have been interesting eh? lol! WOULD HAVE BEEN beeing the operative phrase here.

Can't believe I'm posting to this thread ... I haven't watched it, don't really watch TV much except for the news & the occasional Discovery thing with the kids. Never liked Ozzy or Black Sabbath either, as a proud Deadhead they weren't my style, but the other night I passed MTV & recognized Ozzy in a fancy room, so curiosity stopped me for a moment.

He was arguing with his wife (I guess it was) because she made plans for him without telling him (to do a concert in Albuqurque{sp?} or some such thing) and he's saying "I won't do it" and being your standard complaining husband, and then the scene cuts to him doing his standard shtick on stage in Albuqurque ... I was ROFL'g ... Ozzy's version of everybody's marital spats, and of course, the wife is always right in the end

Guess I'll have to occasionally pass MTV some more

it!

My fave line so far, "I'm not cleaning up any more dog s*%@, I'm a god d*$# rock star!" Ozzy Osbourne

or Sharon, giggling, "I'm the queen of evil"

ROTFLMAO!

I think they're the Simpson's of reality tv. They're a tight family, they stick together and love each other, but BOY are they dysfunctional... in a functional kind of way. Regardless, I love it, and I watch it as often as I have time to.

OMG!! this show is too funny!! did anyone see the new episode??? during the commercial for it ozzy was yelling at his son that he would not allow drugs in his house!! ROTFLMAO!!!!!!!!!!

My sister teases me because I had a short lived thing for Ozzie. I think I did it to (#!! my mom off! She just loved Crazy Train! (:LOL)

So when we got Cable two weeks ago she called and INSISTED I watch. I don't think I've ever laughed so hard in my life!!!

I liked it when they were getting read for his new concert and they wanted to have a bubble machine - he said "I'm the F(#&%^G Prince of Darkness - I don't want Bubbles".

Yeah, he has this life and just sort of appears in it? Nice to have something to laugh at - though I wish I could understand him
