I pushed 5 hours with DS...c/s.

I pushed about 45 minutes with DD...VBAC.

I pushed with purpose for about 30 minutes, however I was pushing at home for a while before I got to the hospital etc. so probably about an hour and 15 minutes, if I would have been at the hospital the whole time I probably would have pushed for a lot shorter time, since I was pushing just to cope vs. pushing to get a baby out!

About 30 mins with my VBAC.
I pushed for 4 hours with my dd who I had a c-section for. I pushed and she never got below zero station.

I never went into labor with my c/s. With my HBAC I pushed for an hour max. It was directed pushing or anything like that. I can't answer your question about OBs as I've never had one for a vaginal birth.

You pushed for 13 hours?? Oh my gosh. That's alot! How long do you think you would have pushed if you were at the hospital instead of at home?

Also, thanks to everyone who's taken the time to vote and comment!! :

I just had an amazing HBA2C in October. I pushed for 4 minutes, after 26 hours of labor. Did I mention it was amazing? :

no vbac or c/s here, but I pushed for about 15 minutes with each of my kids.

I pushed anywhere from 5-10 minutes, I don't know exactly. I know it was about 4-5 pushes w/ 1-2 mins in between pushes....so that's my best estimate. It was fast. She popped right out!

I pushed for 3 hours and had a successful VBAC at home.
Baby had double compound presentation (both fists up by her cheeks), my dh likes to say she was clawing her way out. Surprisingly she was born over an intact perineum.
