omega 3's bad for you?

what do you think about this? are omega-3's just another bad for you PUFA?

Omega 3s are not bad for you.
Its just that they must be properly balanced with omega 6.
Standard American diet has this ratio - 20 omega 6 to 1 omega 3.
Very damaging to the heart.
Real pasture fed butter contains them in a near perfect ratio of 1 to 1.

i was nak and didn't explain myself well i guess. this guy's book is part of the wapf library. if you read through his articles on omega 3's he's just debunking omega 3 SUPPLEMENTS. which i found interesting. i know as part of my tf journey i took omega 3 supplemets for awhile. i think he has some interesting points.

is he saying salmon and grass fed beef and hvclo are bad for you? no. it just may not be the omega 3's that make these good for you, maybe they're good for you inspite of the omega 3's. he is also saying omega 3 supplements are not good.

Price recommended CLO in the days before antioxidants were added to it and before it was essentially fortified with extra vitamin A and D. The high vitamin supplements typically add natural vitamins to the oil to bring to the level occurring before the processing.

There is a lot of clinical trial evidence in support of using Omega 3s but I guess a problem there from the point of view of the links is the long-term effect. The only studies I can think of on long-term high intake are cross-sectional longitudinal studies that examine things like fish intake by country and rates of various diseases. Obviously, those studies look at fish, not supplements.

In any case, I take the supplements.
