Dr. Sherri Tenpenny's Lecture Today....

...was so freaking awesome! How I wish she practiced near me....

I have a ton notes, super fascinating stuff AND, I talked exdp into going with me & I think he's starting to "get it." I posted a thread a few weeks back about his threat to bring up vaxing in a custody battle so this was a REALLY big step.
Dr. Tenpenny said "It's insanity to use a child as a punching bag in divorce cases to win custody of the child by proving the other parent unfit by choosing not to vaccinate." She elaborated that in those cases, the judge will likely rule that the child/ren receive all mandatory vaccines. We've both ben aware of this, I know that he can use that against me & he knows that he can use it against me but we've never discussed it.

I'll come back to post my notes tomorrow or Monday.

I was there! Were you the one who said something about the Woodlands something in Quakertown? I think I was sitting right in front of you...

I REALLY enjoyed the lecture. I wish I had brought DH though.

This is one that I watched last week. It's 2 1/2 hours long, but well worth it.

Get outta here, Aven!! Yep, I mentioned Woodlands when someone asked for a local integrative medical practitioner.

In front of me was a tall hansome guy with long jair & his wife (?) - trying to recall who else was sitting around me... Annmarie (Chester County WPF leader was directly behind me.)

We should get together sometime, I didn't know we lived so close.

They were sitting in the row in front of me, I think you were behind me. I talked about how hard it is to find chicken pox, and whether we ought to have measels parties as well. But that was towards the end of the Q&A and I don't know if you were still there. And that I had held a baby who was vax'ed that morning, not knowing that she might be carrying live vax's when I picked her up...

The two women who were immediately in front of me, one of whom is married to the long-haired guy, are both professional homeopaths.

I wish I had taken note of who Annmarie was...

One of the things that I enjoyed about going to the lecture was seeing who else was there. Because of all the legal stuff around vaxes and knowing that child services has gotten involved on occasion, vaxes aren't discussed very often. It's nice to know who in town is also thinking critically about vaxes.

Welcome to our little town! I'd be happy to get together sometime

Oooohhhhhhh! I joked about mailing lollipops with you! :

Yes, I also enjoyed seeing who was there. I noticed a few grandparents in attendance.
