Where can I buy wool felt (pref. in Europe)?

I know I used to have a great link and now I can't find it. (Think it was a waldorf place in Germany or the UK.)

Anyone know of a place. I would like to sew some slippers for family members so need felt that is about 1/8 inches thick.

Well I think most felt sold in the US is imported from EU. De Witt Engel or something like that.
