I have finally made the mental leap that I NEED to put my family on a TF diet. I'm researching the heck out of it right now.
I see the value in kefir/yogurt etc. But part of my motivation for this is DS1 recent dx of multiple food allergies, including milk. I get that ferments are safer for folks with lactose problems, but what about allergies?
Am I better off with fruit juice kefir and coconut milk yogurt for now? I've already started CLO, and am on the hunt for kombucha. Any one with experience?
