Cooking pheasant - need quick opinions!

crock pot or roasted? I've never cooked one before and if I'm going to crock it, I need to get it in soon. Alternatively I could oven-roast it, or roast it out on the grill like we do chickens. How would you cook it for the best results?:

I like pheasant from the crock pot, it's really moist that way. But go ahead and roast it in the oven or throw it on the grill. : It's all good
