First and foremost, I am a student of life and all it was to teach me. "Mama" to my sons, Grey (8) and Grant (5). Both of my boys are highly sensitive and intense personalities- never a dull (or quiet) moment. My oldest has autism. |

Psychology, Consciousness, Stress and Coping, Culture, holistic health, playing with my boys, attending church, prayer, exercise, trying to be mindful, accepting imperfection, making and nurturing friendships. |

Counselor by calling and profession. I facilitate creative therapy groups and crisis sessions with children at a domestic violence shelter. I teach online Psychology courses for a local college. I also provide autism consulting services. |
