My name is Kathleen and I am married to my love Mark, I have two wonderful and amazing children. Mothering Magazine and the community at MDC has influenced me greatly in my parenting choices. I have found real connections here. I poured over the magazine when I was a new mother. I was inspired and informed of many ways of living and being in the world. I've met friends, both online and in person, exchanged everything from postcards to diapers with fellow MDCers. I am a mother, a writer, an activist, an artist and a wife. I am Canadian. I, like most of us, am many things. But for all intents and purposes here at MDC I am a voice that offers support and a witness to this amazing life we are all blessed to be sharing right now.
